A great mixture dance and fitness, eg Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton (close to hip hop) and about 3 songs of each teacher's choice! Fun with the music, food for thought with arm movements, dance all the way through and get those muscles a workoutCome any week. Please prepay: £7/per class; discount if you prepay 4 lessons (£24 ie £6 per class)
